• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways.

• SuperBark does not store or have access to your card or banking details.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of pet food products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• In case of pricing errors, SuperBark reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
